Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026

1. Cancel Your Subscription

Organization owners can cancel a subscription at any time. In the app, go to Settings > Billing and choose to manage your subscription. This opens the billing portal, where you can cancel directly. Cancellation is self-serve: you do not need to contact support or give notice in advance.

2. What Happens When You Cancel

Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep full access until your paid-through date, and no further charges are made. Cancelling your subscription alone does not delete any data. Your organization, accounts, and history remain available in the app while the organization stays open. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods; see our Refund Policy for details.

3. Close Your Organization

Closing your organization is a separate, stronger action you take from Settings > Danger Zone. When you close an organization, we first cancel its subscription, then suspend remaining team members’ access. The organization’s data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted by our scheduled cleanup process. If you want a copy of your data, export it through the Export Center before closing, or contact us within the 30-day window at support@territoryintelpro.com.

4. Leaving an Organization (Members)

If you are a team member rather than the billing owner, you can leave your organization at any time from your account settings. Leaving removes your access to that organization’s data but does not delete your user account and does not affect billing, which the organization owner manages.

5. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your personal user account entirely from Settings > Danger Zone. Account deletion removes your profile and credentials. If you are the last owner of an organization that is still open, you must close the organization first before deleting your account.

6. Resubscribing

If your organization is still open, you can resubscribe at any time and continue where you left off: your data is intact and immediately available again. If your organization was closed and the 30-day recovery window has passed, its data has been permanently deleted and cannot be restored; a resubscription starts fresh.
