Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you may and may not do with Territory Intel Pro. It applies to all users and organizations and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

2. No Patient Identifiers (No PHI)

You must not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) into the Service.

Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, diagnosis codes, or any other direct patient identifier. Territory Intel Pro is built as a no-PHI system: referrals are tracked by auto-assigned referral numbers only, and free-text entries that look like patient identifiers are automatically rejected before they are saved. Attempting to circumvent these safeguards is a violation of this policy.

3. Not a Medical Record System

You must not market, describe, or use the Service as a system for storing patient records, clinical documentation, or any form of PHI. Territory Intel Pro is a business development tool, not a medical record system.

4. Lawful Use Only

You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to violate the rights of others. This includes using the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead, or to process data you do not have the right to process.

5. No Scraping or Reverse Engineering

You must not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service outside of the provided Export Center. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, probe or test its security without written authorization, or access another organization’s data.

6. Fair Use of Limits

The Service enforces rate limits on API endpoints and budget limits on AI features to stay reliable for everyone. You must not attempt to circumvent, exhaust, or abuse these limits, including by scripting automated requests against AI features.

7. Credential Security

You must not share your login credentials. Each seat is a named user. If you need to grant access to a colleague, invite them as a team member rather than sharing an account. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.

8. Enforcement

We enforce this policy in proportion to the severity and recurrence of the violation: (a) a warning describing the violation and required correction; (b) temporary suspension of the account or organization; (c) termination for serious or repeated violations. Violations involving patient identifiers, security probing, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate suspension without prior warning.
