Built by reps, for reps.
We started Territory Intel Pro after watching too many great clinicians lose patient referrals because the BDM in the middle of the chain couldn't keep a notebook in order. The problem isn't talent. It's tooling.
The first version was a 17-page Airtable base that one of us used to run a 6-rep team. Then a mobile app. Then a SaaS. Now it's a PWA that runs in the browser, on the home screen, and offline.
Who it's for
Home-health & hospice agencies
5 to 500 reps, multi-state, working with hospital case managers and discharge planners.
DME & mobile imaging
Territory-driven, referral-driven, with high-touch provider relationships.
Lab, infusion, PT/OT
Where the office is in the field and the patient is the destination.
Solo founders
One-rep agencies that need a cockpit, not a spreadsheet.
What we believe
- PHI is sacred.
- A patient's name isn't our product. Anything patient-adjacent is encrypted before it touches our database.
- Plain copy beats jargon.
- "Log a visit from the parking lot" beats "Streamline your workflow." We pick the first version every time.
- Mobile-first, always.
- The rep is in the parking lot, not at a desk. Every screen has to work one-handed at 390px wide.
- Free for solo.
- Solo founders shouldn't have to choose between a spreadsheet and a $200/month tool. Solo stays free, up to 5 accounts. Teams go Pro at $49 a seat, and larger orgs move to flat Enterprise blocks.
- Honest about what we don't do.
- We're not a CRM, we're not an EHR, we're not a phone system. We do one thing: make the field rep's day better. And we try to do it well.
